Paul Swansbrough is the visionary behind NXT Sports USA and a lifelong advocate for youth baseball. With 20+ years in business leadership and live event logistics, Paul previously owned West Coast Audio, producing large-scale events across Southern California. He also owns Coast 2 Coast RV Adventures, a trusted RV rental brand. As the current President of Murrieta Valley Pony Baseball (MVPB), Paul led a transformation in league operations, infrastructure, and tournament development. Through NXT, Paul created a system to professionally manage tournaments and support local leagues without burdening volunteers. His leadership blends nonprofit values with private-sector efficiency—delivering tournaments rooted in passion, professionalism, and competition.

Evan Kadow brings operational excellence and field-level leadership to NXT Sports USA. As Operations Manager, Evan oversees field crews, staffing, scheduling, and on-site execution to ensure every event runs smoothly. His background as Co-Founder of Prolific Brewing Company sharpened his skills in team management, systems building, and customer service—skills that directly translate to NXT’s fast-paced tournament environment. Known for his attention to detail, calm under pressure, and hands-on work ethic, Evan ensures that every tournament reflects the standards NXT is known for. He’s an integral part of delivering seamless events that athletes, coaches, and families can count on.

Kory Sparapani is a detail-oriented tournament operator with a deep passion for youth sports. As Director of Tournament Operations at NXT Sports USA, Kory oversees team communications, scheduling, and on-site logistics for all tournament weekends. His leadership background includes years of service at Murrieta Valley Pony Baseball as a division director, where he helped guide young athletes through their early baseball journeys. Kory is praised for his strong communication skills, level-headedness, and ability to keep operations on track even under pressure. He ensures every event runs on time, fields are prepared, and coaches get what they need—making him essential to NXT’s mission.
