Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, register a team or player, complete a waiver, make a payment, join a roster, contact us, or choose communication preferences. This may include names, email addresses, mobile numbers, mailing information, team and player details, emergency contacts, waiver records, and transaction information. Payment-card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by NXT Sports USA.
How we use information
We use information to operate registrations and events, manage accounts and rosters, process payments, communicate schedules and event changes, provide support, maintain safety and eligibility records, improve our services, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our platform, process payments, deliver communications, host data, or support events. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect participants and our organization, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
SMS and mobile messaging privacy
If you separately opt in, NXT Sports USA may send text messages concerning registrations, account or payment updates, schedules, event-status alerts, cancellations, and upcoming events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and service providers solely as necessary to deliver the messaging service.
Youth participant information
Our services are directed to adult parents, guardians, coaches, and team managers. Adults may submit information about youth participants for registration, roster, eligibility, waiver, safety, and event-operation purposes. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information without a parent or guardian.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain operational and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update account information and communication preferences where available. You may opt out of marketing email using its unsubscribe link and opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Operational messages necessary to complete a requested transaction may still be sent by email.
