What does my membership include?
The NXT Player Pass includes NXT Registration and a player profile, player insurance coverage for NXT events, 20% off X Gear, and eligibility for giveaways, scholarships, and loyalty rewards. It also supports NXT’s approach to avoiding gate fees for families. Team tournament entry fees are separate.

Yes. The NXT Player Pass includes player insurance coverage for NXT events, subject to the applicable insurance policy’s terms, eligibility requirements, limits, and exclusions. Contact NXT for coverage details or help with a claim.
Is the price per player or per family?
The pass is $4.99 per month or $39 per year for each player. Both plans include the same benefits. Annual billing saves $20.88 compared with 12 monthly payments. Parents choose and activate a plan for each athlete through their parent account.
Will my membership price increase?
No. The rate you join at stays locked as long as your membership remains continuously active. Keep your membership active without a lapse to retain your price lock.
How does cancellation work?
There is no 90-day minimum requirement. Your selected plan renews monthly or annually until canceled. Parents can cancel anytime through their dashboard before the next payment to stop future renewals. Review the subscription agreement during activation for the applicable billing and cancellation details.
Where can I see whether my player’s pass is active?
Pass status is shown in the parent, manager, and NXT administrator dashboards. Parents use their dashboard to manage their player’s subscription. Contact NXT if you need help with a status or billing issue.
Are scholarships, giveaways, and rewards automatic?
No. Registered players are eligible to participate when programs are offered, subject to each program’s rules. Scholarships may require an application and selection; giveaways and rewards have their own requirements. Activation does not guarantee an award.
